YOUNGSTERS Danny Mitchley and John Leonard have been handed trials at Mansfield Town.

The duo have attended pre-season training with the Stags where manager David Holdsworth is assessing their chances of cutting it in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
Forward Mitchley, 20, has been on the books of Premier League newcomers Blackpool.
He has made two substitute appearances for the Seasiders and was on loan at Wrexham last season, where he played six times without scoring.
Midfielder Leonard, 19, who also plays at right-back, comes from Hull City, where he failed to make a first team appearance.
Both could play some part in Mansfield's first pre-season friendly a week today, at home to Sheffield United.
"I have had my eye on both these lads for about five months now, so I'm fully aware of their capabilities," said Holdsworth.
"It may be that we have to look to younger players to fit into our wage structure and they are talented lads."
Holdsworth is, not surprisingly, disappointed to lose last season's top scorer Jake Speight, who has joined Bradford for £25,000.
He said: "It's no surprise a league club came in for him.
"A goalscorer is the hardest commodity to find, so to lose his goals is a big loss.
"I will be using whatever funds are available to find a replacement, but it is not easy because a number of targets I identified earlier in the summer have now joined other clubs."
