TANKARD BACK IN TRAINING

mansfieldtown.net reports that Allen Tankard, Peter Clark and Michael Bingham all returned to full training on Monday.
Tankard appears to have recovered from tendonitis in his knee but Watkiss says we shouldn't expect to see him back in the first team just yet. "Tanks has been out for such a long time now, you would have to say that ideally he will need at least two weeks full training and two reserve matches under his belt. We'll just have to see how he goes." Peter Clark has returned to Field Mill after he was sent back to Stockport to receive treatment for a similar injury to Tankard's. He will need a week of training before returning to the starting line up. Bingham has returned to training after he has sufficiently recovered from surgery on damaged knee cartilage. Arjan Van Heusden is on a one month contract. Kevin Pilkington will also be out for another 3 weeks. Bobby Hassell and Shayne Bradley are both on course to resume training next week but David Jervis is still yet to shake off his foot injury and it is feared that he may still be out for another two weeks.
