TV AND RADIO COVERAGE

In recent seasons, all the Stags goals have been shown regularly on Sky Sports (Football League Review), ITV1 network (The Championship), ITV1 Central and ITV1 Yorkshire local news and Soccer Night, and BBC1 East Midlands local news.

That all changes this season. I don't expect any coverage on local news (ITV or BBC), or on Sky (apart from FA Cup).

The only TV coverage of Stags goals will be on Setanta Sports "Blue Square Premier Review", at 6pm on Friday nights (repeated at various times on Friday night and Saturday morning). This will show the previous weekend and midweek goals. But note that last season, they didn't show goals from every game, and some weeks (such as around Christmas time) they took the programme off air completely.

Setanta Sports is available on Sky digital channel 423 and on Freeview. Of course some Stags games have already been chosen for live coverage too (details on the Fixtures page).

On StagsWorld, we will do our best to bring subscribers the goals of as many games as possible (hopefully all goals from all games). Though this will be more difficult than in previous seasons.

Radio coverage also changes this season. Though one thing that won't change is that StagsWorld subscribers will still be able to listen to full match commentary of every game, home and away.

Home games will ONLY be available to StagsWorld subscribers and will once again be brought to you by Nigel Pinnick, Steve Hartshorn and Martin Shaw. The 3 commentators will bring you full match commentary next Tuesday of the game against Histon.

Away games will be available online, free to air, brought to you by BBC Radio Nottingham online. Click here http://www.bbc.co.uk/nottingham and then click on the Listen Live button. Commentary for Saturday's game at Ebbsfleet will be brought to you by David Jackson and Martin Shaw.

David Jackson talks about BBC Radio Nottingham's coverage to mansfieldtown.net's Mark Stevenson here
