BAPTISTE ON STANDBY FOR ENGLAND U20

mansfieldtown.net reports that young Stags Centre back Alex John-Baptiste has finally received the phone call that every young footballer dreams off:
his first International call up!

Bap will be joining Peter Taylor's England Under 20's squad on standby for the friendly game against Russia in Moscow on August 16th.

Dick Bate has named his England U20s squad for the forthcoming friendly with Russia.

Having taken third place in the recent Toulon tournament the Under-20s now turn their attentions to Moscow, where they take on Russia on 16 August.

The friendly will see Tottenham new boy Aaron Lennon in international action for the first time since his summer switch from Leeds United.
