Curle to appeal Mansfield are waiting until Keith Curle's future is resolved before offering caretaker Carlton Palmer the manager's job. Curle announced he is appealing against his dismissal for gross misconduct – after he was accused of bullying a youth player. Curle's ex-No 2 John Gannon has not been contacted by the club after being suspended six weeks ago for using “foul and abusive” language against chairman Keith Haslam. |
