mansfieldtown.net reports that Mansfield Town can confirm that the rumours circulating regarding Adam Eaton's departure from Field Mill are totally unfounded.
“Adam and the club are doing everything we can to get him back to match fitness and see him back in the squad" Stags boss Keith Curle told the official website this afternoon. Meanwhile mansfieldtown.net reports that Keith Curle has been tirelessly looking for a new face ahead of the transfer deadline: "I have been on the phone continuously trying to locate new players, I must have searched through a list of about 700 players making fifty or sixty enquiries but the problem is this late in the season is that teams themselves want to keep hold off the nucleus of their squads to serve them during this inportant time in the football season. There are players that are available but I will not bringing in players that are not as good as I already have.
