WILLIAMSON STAGSNET PLAYER OF THE MONTH

Lee Williamson won the Stagsnet Player of the Month for August. The young midfielder had an excellent August, turning in several performances which reminded fans of the form he showed during the promotion season. The only blot on his copybook was the sending off at Swansea which now see's him missing the next three games through suspension - he will be sorely missed. Dave Artell also capped a fine month for him with second place whilst the resurgent Junior Mendes was third.
