INJURY NEWS
31st March 2003 11:45

mansfieldtown.net reports that Rhys Day should be back in training by Wednesday morning ,after he was stretchered off on Saturday, following a collision which left him with a knee injury which club Physio Ian Pearce says should heal nicely.

mansfieldtown.net also reports that Adam Eaton picked up a knock in the Cardiff match a week earlier, which required an injection from Kings Mill hospital staff earlier on Saturday afternoon, which was causing him some discomfort, but will not see him ruled out of selection for next week's match against Port Vale.

Junior Mendes received a knock to his calf, which is why he was substituted in the 65th minute on Saturday, but again he should be fit for selection against Port Vale.

Colin Larkin is still troubled with his hamstring but is hoped to back soon.
