Fry Praises Team Performance After Mansfield Rout
http://www.theposh.premiumtv.co.uk

Peterborough United manager Barry Fry was full of praise for his side after Posh went goal crazy at Field Mill as they recorded an emphatic 5-1 victory to move themselves away from the relegation zone at the bottom of Division Two.

Goals from Simon Rea, Leon McKenzie, Ian Hendon, Andy Clarke and Andrew Fotiadis earned Posh all three points against a poor Mansfield side and Fry was delighted with his players after the impressive rout.

'The players were fantastic and it was a superb team performance and I am proud of them. We dominated the game and they only got into the game with a terrible decision by the official, which let them back in it with a penalty kick. We worked very hard, but goalkeeper Mark Tyler did not have a save to make.

'I have always said when we get all our players fit we have a great chance and with Leon McKenzie fit and in the side we should be fine. He worked hard and we just felt he needed a bit of a break so that is why we substituted him on the hour mark,' Fry told theposh.com.
